Welcome to Yoga Revolution – Your Journey to Mind and Body Harmony.

Discover the transformative power of Ashtanga Yoga and holistic well-being. Our classes cater to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, offering a range of programs to enhance your physical vitality and inner serenity.

I’m a dedicated Ashtanga yoga teacher with over a decade of experience. I studied Ashtanga  with the guru in Mysore, India, as well as being a Yoga Alliance UK senior-level teacher.
Whilst I’m commitment to preserving the authenticity of Ashtanga yoga, I place a strong emphasis on anatomy and physiology, offering a holistic approach to yoga .
I  studied traditional pranayama in India and trained to teach breath work in the UK.

As a dedicated Teen Yoga UK teacher, I run various yoga programs in schools, where the emphasise is that yoga is not just a physical activity but a valuable life skill.
Alongside yoga, I practice sports and traditional Thai massage therapy , offering a holistic approach to well-being.

Yoga is not merely a relaxation class but a discipline and life-enriching practice that can be integrated into daily life.

About Fiona

I completed my teacher training with Brian Cooper in 2010. I am indebted to Brian for his dedication and passion for teaching authentic yoga. I continue to study  at KPJAYI in Mysore, the home of Ashtanga Yoga. It’s important to me that I learn from the source and to keep the tradition of Ashtanga alive. I am lucky enough to have practiced Ashtanga with respected teachers such as John Scott, Gingi Lee, David Williams, Kino Macgregor and Peter Sanson of whom I am humbled to have witnessed their dedication to teaching. I am also trained to teach Teen Yoga. Teaching young adults is incredibly rewarding. Yoga is an ancient practice but it is more relevant now than ever and should be taught in every school. Ashtanga is a strong physical practice and my Anatomy study through ITEC and Thomas Myers Anatomy Trains has proved invaluable. I teach with compassion and respect for each individual’s needs but I always encourage people to work beyond the limitations of their mind.
