What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system that uses energy lines and works on pressure points to restore your health.
Also known as “lazy man’s yoga.” It is a deep full body massage focusing on “sen” or energy lines.
The treatment involves the therapist easing you into yoga stretches to release tension and to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This is non-oil massage and you will be fully clothed on a futon on the floor. Thai yoga massage is an incredibly effective treatment leaving you feeling lighter and more balanced.
