Teen Yoga at School

Yoga at School can bring a multitude of benefits to students and  teachers and enhance the school as a whole.

Regular classes empower teens how to manage stress and anxiety and build self-esteem as well enabling greater clarity of thought and improving the ability to focus.

The physical aspects of yoga can help teens to develop good posture and improve strength and flexibility.

Yoga is the perfect antidote to hours spent sat at a desk or hunched over a phone or iPad.

Yoga is beneficial to sporty teens giving them greater body awareness and improving agility whilst non-sporty teens can benefit from some much-needed exercise.
